Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original box with all hardware and manuals included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
